Snow settles quietly across the West Shore in winter, and inside the cabin the gas fireplace casts a steady glow as you unwind after a day in the mountains. Large windows frame the changing light outside while the living area stays warm and comfortable, inviting you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy Tahoe’s colder season from a cozy retreat.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin is a short-term rental designed for up to four guests. From the parking area, eight steps lead down to the main entry level, where the living space opens with a plush sectional sofa, fireplace, and a large smart TV with streaming capabilities. There is no cable TV, making evenings perfect for movies, reading, or relaxed conversation. Wireless internet is provided, and a dedicated workspace allows you to stay connected when needed.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for preparing meals during your stay. An adjacent dining table comfortably seats up to six, making it easy to gather for breakfast before heading out or for relaxed dinners back at the cabin. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, even in winter months.
Sleeping Arrangements
Both bedrooms are located on the entry level and each features a Queen bed. This level also includes a full bathroom and laundry facilities for added convenience during longer stays. Upstairs, you’ll find the second bathroom along with a large landing area furnished with a futon, offering flexible space for reading, lounging, or quiet downtime.
Indoor Comforts
The cabin is heated for year-round comfort and includes an indoor fireplace that becomes the heart of the home during colder weather. Ceiling fans help with air circulation, and the layout allows everyone to enjoy shared time together while still having space to retreat and rest.
Outdoor Access & Location
While the home itself does not offer a deck, patio, or usable outdoor space, guests have access to Tahoe Park HOA amenities on a seasonal basis. These include a private beach and two piers, located off-site and available when conditions allow. Lake access is provided via a path or dock through the HOA.
Parking & Arrival
Free driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles only. On-street parking is prohibited year-round. Winter conditions in Tahoe can require chains or snow tires, so please plan accordingly when traveling during snowy months.
