Pamper yourself at our mountain-modern Tahoe Park cabin. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub or take a relaxing steam shower after a day of hiking, biking or skiing. The cabin is located in the desirable neighborhood in Tahoe Park (1.5 miles from downtown Tahoe City). It is tastefully decorated and is perfect for up to two couples or a small family who want a mountain retreat with modern luxuries.

The cabin has great sun exposure with some nice forest views including seasonal aspens in the fall. You will also enjoy the highly desired Tahoe Park Beach Association which includes: 800' lake frontage, two piers, beach, grass, BBQ's, volleyball, bocce ball courts, horse shoes and children's play area.

Master Bedroom: Ca King log bed, pine furniture and down bedding.

Bedroom Two: New log bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top, down bedding & pine furniture.

Sorry, no pets/no smoking. Absolutely no parties in accordance with rules and regulations for Placer County Short Term Rentals.

Tidy things up and return games and furniture if moved to their original positions.

What a. perfect home for a Tahoe stay! My family of five had a wonderful long weekend riding our bikes to the private beach, pier and playground. Walking to the market/deli, to Sunnyside & Shadyside was such a plus! The house itself is PERFECTION! Cozy inside, fully set up for cooking and relaxing. The deck is wonderful for a quiet read, watching the chipmunks and birds or reflecting on Tahoe's beauty. We will definitely be back and we thank you so much for renting your home.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The setting is stunning, surrounded by huge, beautiful trees in a very quiet neighborhood that felt incredibly peaceful. The deck was a highlight for us. We could easily sit out there for hours just enjoying the scenery. The amenities were awesome, with beach chairs, towels and everything you need in the kitchen down to a garlic press! We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. Another major highlight was the resident-only beach. ( No waiting in lines to get to the water!) It is a beautiful, relaxing beach overlooking the mountains with two piers that were perfect for sitting back and taking in the views. To top it all off, the host was very responsive and kind throughout our entire stay. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and highly recommend this home!

This was my second summer at Nancy and Brent's Modern Log Cabin in Tahoe Park. Once again we had a fabulous week in Tahoe. The cabin was perfect for my husband and me. My adult daughter joined us for a couple of days and we had plenty of room. The cabin is home away from home, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/appliances you need to stay in and cook. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with large closets. There's plenty of bath and beach towels and a nice shower with good water pressure. We loved the front patio with comfortable chairs, dining table and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful despite being just a few blocks from good local restaurants and bars. The location is great as it is near Tahoe City where there are a lot of activities for everyone. A nice benefit is the access to the Tahoe Park beach. It is a private beach on the lake with sports and activities for adults and children. You can also reserve a picnic table with BBQ to prepare and eat a meal at the lake. Hopefully we'll be back.

Fantastic stay! We came from the east coast to ski but also wanted to be near the lake. This cabin did not disappoint. We had three amazing dinners at Christy Hill, Sunnyside and Shadyside and were a short drive to Palisades. We savored long soaks in the hot tub looking up at the treetops and blue sky, like camping but better! Nancy checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Don’t miss this one!

Great cozy cabin in central location

Probably the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. We loved the hot tub and the location was so close to Tahoe city and skiing.

Cozy cabin!

Loved our stay in this cute, cozy cabin! it was clean and comfy, minus the old couch (or it would be 5 stars). The location is good too! just a short walk to the beach/park, market and cafes. The owner was very communicative and kind enough to provide an extra beach chair for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cabin

Wonderfully comfortable and cozy cabin for our Tahoe stay. The location is not far from Tahoe City shops, dining, and the slopes. Walking distance to the lake and soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing were super nice bonuses.

Great get away

We had an amazing stay here! The property was spotless, the location was perfect, and the beds were incredibly comfortable . It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Oh and the hot tub was magnificent!

We are happy to give suggestions for local hiking and biking trails, restaurants and dining, local events, nearby ski resorts, rafting, boating and golfing. Whether you're spending a shorter 2 day stay or an extended stay, the north shore and west shore have much to offer for anyone traveling to the area.

Why they chose this property

Our cabin is situated in the desirable Tahoe Park neighborhood. Tahoe Park is a quaint neighborhood and only a few blocks from the lake. Our guests will have use of Tahoe Park Beach Association which is a gated lake front property that has 2 piers, swimming area with a platform to swim to, BBQs, grass and pebble beach as well as bocce ball courts, volleyball, horse shoes and a children's play structure with swings and a slide.

The cabin has a private enclosed yard with an expansive deck with hot tub, BBQ and table. There's nice sun exposure on the deck and chairs to relax on. We also offer corn hole at the cabin to play with your guests. The log cabin has an open floor plan that is very comfortable, clean and offers modern amenities with nice mountain log siding. Hot Tub is operating year round. BBQ, table/chairs, corn hole are offered (Summer Only).
