Family getaway

Very clean and well organized. Friendly employees on the property. Heated pool was perfect. Plenty of towels and washer and dryer was helpful. Perfectly located to everything in st augustine. Definitely highly recommend.

Long Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful Stress free weekend at this property. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral so not a fun time but Butch and Heidi made it more bearable during out stay with their beautiful condo. It was clean and felt homey. They were very responsive if we had questions. High Recommend! St Augustine is a great place to visit as well.

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was equiped with everything we need plus some. Beach chairs, kids games, sand toys, boogie board and more. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc. A short walk to the beach as well. We had a great stay, easy communication with management company also.

We live on a small off-grid homestead just outside of Asheville, NC. One of our favorite spots to visit has always been St. Augustine, and we own/host multiple properties in the area.

Back at home on the mountain, Maria is a kindergarten teacher, and Butch is a tech entrepreneur. We have two daughters who enjoy school, traveling, and meeting new people. We are so happy to have an excuse to visit the St. Augustine area many many times a year combining our work and play.

What makes this property unique

It's priced competitively with most upper-end local hotels but is equipped with two full baths, sleeping for 6, and a full kitchen. Decor is newly remodeled and clean, not "kitschy." Extremely comfortable without feeling like you're in someone else's home.
