Amenities include a full kitchen with DW, W/D, microwave, separate hot water tank, (has a shower, but no tub), garbage disposal food processor, Krupp & Keurig coffeemakers, and bean grinder, 2 large smart TV's (1 in bedroom) with Hulu, Netflix and HBO Plus, bedroom includes a white noise machine, air purifier, A/C, vacuum and laundry hamper. Cleaning, paper, personal care products included. So completely furnished - all you need are your clothes & food!

The area is surrounded by lush green trees and is across from a beautiful, grassy, 1-block-sized Lake Burien Park, which includes a new .25-mile track, tennis courts and play area. Located 3-blocks from beautiful Seahurst Beach and close to ample shopping, rental cars, transit and restaurants.
