We found the property to be clean and fully loaded with all the equipment we required, the location was idea for the main pool area, we contacted the host on a couple of occasions and each time he responded immediately, I would recommend this property and be happy to return in the future.

kitchen could use some pan lids,good can opener,and cover for micro wave to keep things from splattering,i brought my own. TV needs to be upgraded to get sportspackage. We don't have roku at home. Give me a good price for next Jan and Feb and we can work somethingout. I liked the place other than the TV

GREAT

We had a wonderful time, over all everything was great. We had our children spend a week with us there and they too had a great time. Had some trouble keeping the temperature adjusted to our comfort. When we did contact the owner he was quick to respond and was good to help.

Only if you like bugs!

Within an hour of arriving at the home I found the first bug—looked a lot like a cockroach: this was running around on the counter behind the canisters. Then I found a dead one in the colander as I made dinner. And then another live one later that night in the dining room. Lots more bus

Clean Townhouse, Friendly Host, security too strict

The place itself is very nice and clean. The host was very friendly. My only complaint is the security not allowing kids to jump into pool. They were very strict with the pool area and yelled at my grand kids for jumping into pool and also yelled at my kids for throwing my grandkids while they were in the pool. There are some people there that also complain when kids are having fun. They will run right to a security and tell on you for playing in the pool. So don’t reserve here if you wanna have fun swimming.

Amber thank you for staying the pool is heated and well maintained by HOA it's shallow due to safety concerns it's a rule not to jump into pool ( diving) I am happy you had fun otherwise

Nice community

The pool area was very nice, but has a lot of rules. No food allowed, no music, no alcohol, just a bit uptight. Security even checked my bag to make sure I didn’t have any food. Condo was okay. Had an issue with bugs that turned out to be cockroaches, but after notifying the host, someone came back and treated. After 10 days we no longer saw any bugs. Creeped out the ladies in our group a bit, but we did our best to enjoy the stay. After some discussion, we were issued a small refund for the issue.
