Condo w/ mountain & partial ocean view - upper balcony

Recently remodeled in 2020

Recently remodeled in 2020. Complete remodel from floor to ceiling including all new furniture. New laminate flooring downstairs, new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, new carpet upstairs, new bathroom vanities, fully remodeled 2nd bathroom (new tub and shower enclosure), new ceiling fans, and perhaps most importantly...NEW PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS in the living room and Master bedroom. You will find that most other in town non-hotel rentals in Avalon do not have any air conditioning.

Why rent a one-room hotel room, when you can spread out in 1218 square feet (not including the two balconies). 55 inch Flat screen TV's downstairs, Master Bedroom, as well as second bedroom also have TV's. We are located in an end unit with plenty of light. The master bedroom has a California King and the second bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a Queen sofa-sleeper downstairs as well as two floor mat type futons if you prefer. There are also two balconies to spread out and relax (the upstairs balcony has a partial ocean view and mountainside view)

We also have WIFI in the condo.

This large comfortable fully furnished condo is located in the heart of Avalon. It's in town tucked into the hills on flat ground so it is easy to walk everywhere. Its just a short level 3 block walk to the beach (these are Avalon blocks so they are short). Unlike many of Avalon's hotels, this condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within easy walking distance to all that Avalon has to offer

We are located out of the hustle and bustle but conveniently close by. There is a large full service Von's within a short walk to pick up necessities. Although Uber and Lyft are not allowed on the island, there is taxi service and Circuit available.

This is a good vacation value for your money. A large condo that sleeps 6 (in beds)

Relaxing stay

We had a great, relaxing time. The property is nice and spacious and stocked well with essentials. The area is super walkable — about 10 minutes from the ferry and 10-20 minutes to the other areas of town.

A wonderful family vacation!!

My family of five (kiddos ages 6, 9, and 11yr) had such a wonderful stay here! This property had everything we needed and the location was fantastic - a 5-10 min walk to the beach/stores and local grocery store! My kids esp loved the heated pool and swam multiple times per day! The property manager Allison was very responsive and so kind, we will def stay here again! The second we checked out the kids were asking to plan another trip - that’s the best gift a parent can get!

Thanksgiving in Avalon

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space, good amenities, great views and comfortable beds. The only disappointment was the hot tub was not very warm. The pool temperature was ok.

Spacious apartment in Avalon

This apartment is very nice and well maintained. The balcony is definitely my favorite part. Only 10 minutes walk to downtown Avalon, very convenient.

Plenty of room to spread out. Everything that you need to make a meal on-site. Close walk to the waterfront. The wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas were a very helpful feature. Looking forward to returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. The condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our boys to have there own space. Even though it is a condo, we never felt like we didn't have privacy.My only hope is that they get a larger barbecue than the one that is currently in place.Allison, the property manager, was responsive and easy to work with, she made checking in a breeze. We are planning on returning again next year.

Spacious and Comfortable

My kids and I spent a wonderful weekend in Catalina and this condo was base camp. The beds are very comfortable and the layout allowed each of us to have our own private space. The condo is on a hill and does have a lot of stairs, something to consider if you have mobility problems.

Our family has been visiting Catalina since the 1960's. We rented many properties over the years including one at Bahia Vista. We loved the pool at the complex as well as being walking distance to the beach. When we decided to purchase, we chose a place in Bahia Vista.
