Spacious Hamilton Cove Condo With Golf Cart Included.

Due to popular demand, OWNERS bought a more spacious condo (1469 square foot) for GUESTS requiring LARGE 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with OCEAN VIEWS. French doors lead to large terrace to soak in the SUNRISE and SUNSET. All units in HAMILTON COVE are not created equal but we strive to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible with amenities throughout the property available to all guests, including NEW SIX SEATER GOLF CART to use during your entire stay. *Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. The proximity of UNIT 4-13 is closer to POOL AREA and close to our other condo, UNIT 2-35 (see VRBO list no. 579841). Washer and Dryer inside the unit.

This CONDO is great for professionals looking for a getaway to soak up SUN and SEA. Also great to bring the family for quick vacation with tons of ISLAND activities for all ages.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.

Overall this is a great property with really nice location and views. The unit is overall in good condition, but could use some minor repairs to kitchen cupboards and really needs the entire floor cleaned. But we loved our time there and the peace of the place overall. And driving the golf cart is so fun!

Beautiful spot and location! Great to be private and have our own golf cart to tour around the island. Awesome location to the pool and beach in Hamilton Cove.Spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms and great kitchen amenities! Comfy beds.Downsides: gets hot at night, no AC or fans, on the first floor and could hear people above us all night. A few things didn't work, but host is responsive and happy to help.

The views are amazing from almost anywhere in the community. Having access to the golf cart throughout our stay added tremendous value and convenience. The unit itself was spacious and clean. Although the TVs in both the bedroom and living room were not working during our stay, we still enjoyed our time there.

The views are stunning, being so close to the pool was lovely and the private beach is spectacular with great snorkeling.When we got to the unit (it is a tad confusing- it's the 1st one on the right up the stairs) one set of sheets was dirty and wrinkled almost as if it hadn't been changed, the microwave handle was broken and there were no beach towels. I texted our island contact and she responded fast and was over within 30 mins to rectify the problems but it still but a damper on our initial excitement bc things were dirty/broken/missing.Also, the listing stated a new golf cart was included with the unit but we got an old rundown red one so not sure what happened there. It did the job and got us all around town but chugged along very slowly. Overall we were happy to stay in Hamilton Cove, it's beautiful, quiet at night and we felt very secure but it was a bit overpriced for what we got.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental. The property offers plenty of space to spread out and relax, which made it especially comfortable for our group.One thing we really appreciated was that there were not too many steps. The golf cart was an absolute must and a huge bonus. It made exploring the area so much more enjoyable and convenient.The on island contact was excellent, very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This could be a 5-star property with some basic maintenance & care, but in its current condition our experience was 3 stars. The location & water view were exactly as described. It’s spacious, has great patio furniture/ beach chairs, good snorkeling nearby, & is a 10-min cart ride to town. When we booked, reviews were glowing. Before our trip, newer reviews appeared citing repeated maintenance issues. I contacted the owner specifically asking if these had been addressed & was reassured they had. Unfortunately, many were still present: the bathroom door was extremely difficult to open from inside, microwave handle fell off, a cabinet was held shut with blue painter’s tape, sofa was broken with the center support buckling/bar poking through the cushions, & several outlets were loose, including one partially exposed. Bedroom artwork was in the closet with nails/Command strips left on the walls. No laundry soap, no body wash in the primary bath, & the “beach towels” were thin throws rather than absorbent towels. The listing showed a newer green golf cart; we received an older red one that struggled on hills, although it got us around. We also never received a reply from the local contact after texting our arrival info/questions. We’re longtime Vrbo renters, not seeking a refund or perks. We rely on honest reviews & want to provide the same.The frustrating part is that these are small, easily fixed issues already already noted by prior guests & still unaddressed.

This was a very disappointing experience. While the unit was nice, the check in process was a mess. We arrived at check-in time at 3:00 PM and the cleaners did not have the property finished yet. They finally finished at 3:30 PM. When we were ready to leave for an appointment, the golf cart was not in the space that the owner told us it would be in. We had to order a taxi for 50 (back and forth) as we could not immediately reach the owner and the property manager's voicemail was unable to take messages. By the time we were contacted the taxi was already there to pick us up. The property manager said she would reimburse me but never did. Lastly, there was no body wash and we had to call the property manager for it and the master bath is very difficult to access for anyone with leg issues. I would never stay again.
