This is a charming, light and bright Catalina cottage on the quiet street of Eucalyptus, the only pedestrian-only street in Avalon. The floor plan of the cottage is original - the two bedrooms located toward the back of the cottage are tandem (you walk through one to get to the other). The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second, or back bedroom, has a queen bed, and single narrow cot/bed, with a half bath, and a private side exit door with a screen door for added ventilation. You will find a full bath with separate tub and shower just before entering the first bedroom. The living space is open and offers a fully equipped kitchen, and a flat panel TV with a DVD player.Free WiFi. This quaint cottage is perfect for a small family. 326E | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

Tucked away on the only pedestrian street in town, this cozy little gem felt like stepping into a storybook. We instantly fell for its charm — the kind of place that makes you slow down and just be.There’s no A/C, but honestly, we didn’t miss it. Once we opened the windows, the soft breeze drifted through and the fans kept everything perfectly cool (I actually got a little cold one night — a pleasant surprise!). It could’ve used a quick airing out before our arrival, but that was easily forgotten once we settled in.At 6’4”, I had to laugh at a few “hobbit-sized” moments — the shower being one of them — but it added to the cottage feel. The only real frustration was the Wi-Fi, which had a mind of its own. It worked in patches, so come prepared to unplug (or bring your own connection if you must stay online).What really made this place special was the atmosphere — peaceful, walkable, and free from any car noise. Just birds, breezes, and a sense of calm that’s hard to find.Would I stay again? Absolutely. With its cozy character and unbeatable location, this place is a little slice of quiet magic.

Super cute, beachy cottage. It was neat, clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the grocery store and town, beach, shopping, eating, etc. There were a few home remodels going on but that wasn't an issue at all. I took a little bit of work with me but the internet gets overloaded during the day.

Close to the beach and shopping. The street is great because it's foot traffic only which makes it safe! We BBQ'd in the front on the street! Also, you can walk up the street to the Country Club to play tennis or golf! The wifi was a bonus as well! We'd come back!

Beautiful property and great location!

House was in a great location, clean and the washer/dryer was a plus! The only issue was the carpet had a bad smell and would have been nice to have had some beach chairs for use.
