Meredith - Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As positive or negative feedback helps us improve and grow as a company. We send out instructions for the day of arrival the day before as it's easier to remember and it's fresh on someone's mind as opposed to a week before when people will more than likely forget and have to call back with the same questions. We have operated like that for many years and it has always seemed to work great. Same goes for the checkout instructions. Those are sent the day before checkout so the procedures are fresh on your mind as opposed to sending them before your trip because of all the vacation excitement you experience here. Checkout instructions are also posted on the fridge. I don't think in any way she meant to be rude to you. I think she was just merely explaining our procedures on checking in and arriving on property before the unit was ready. I really do apologize if you took it that way. We try our best to make the inspectors job and the cleaners job go as smoothly as possible. As arriving early at the unit before they are done makes them feel rushed and distracts them. Again, we appreciate your feedback. We really hoped you and your party had a wonderful time and come back and see us.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave us a review. As both negative & positive feedback helps us grow as a company. We offer two showers. You reported on Monday June 15th close to 9pm that the second shower was not turning on. I responded right at 9pm to help walk you through how the shower turned on. Unfortunately, I couldn't assist you with the shower. We sent maintenance immediately the next day on Tuesday June 16th & learned their was an issue behind the wall. It was immediately addressed that day. We had a guest checkout the day before you checked in. Our cleaners had no issues with the shower & was able to clean the tub. If it wasn't cleaned I truly believe as many times as we spoke you would have mentioned the shower not being cleaned. Sometimes maintenance issues arise just like in your own home. The issue was addressed immediately the next day & was resolved. I apologize for the tram. We manage over 10 units in this resort & everyone has very high compliments about them. I am sorry, if they had an off day picking people up. I am surprised about the floors. Per the listing & rental agreement you signed cleanliness issues should be reported the day of check in. If the floors were not up to your standards I would have been happy to send someone back out. We can't fix issues we are not made aware of. As many times as we talked I am shocked that wasn't mentioned. No, we do not supply extra linen. If that is something that was a deal breaker for your family please make sure to message hosts prior to booking to make sure the company or individual you are renting from supply those items as all units offer different items. I am so sorry to see you won't be returning. Again, we truly appreciate your feedback. Take care & have a wonderful 2026.
