Perfect for our needs

Great 2 bed 2 bath was just what we needed for our weekend in Roanoke. We were only there to sleep but the place was clean, safe, and the kitchen was fine for us - not sure you could cook a gourmet meal in it - but very functional. We will definitely go back next trip to Roanoke.

Home away from home

My wife and I along with my son, his wife and 2 daughters traveled from Virginia Beach to the Roanoke area for my son and myself to participate in the VA State bowling tournament. This little cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay. The private pond for us to fish in (catch and release of course) was an extra special plus and fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again. Great place for friends or family

This was a great place to stay with an out of town visitor….we each had our own bedroom and bath. Everything was very clean and tidy and every need was anticipated and provided for! We did need to reach out to our super kind host as we couldn’t figure out an aspect of the beautiful electric fireplace and she was very responsive and helpful. The house is located aa convenient part of town and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the small lake and outdoor area as well as the inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute place convenient to Roanoke

The guest house was clean and comfortable. The large backyard provided an element of privacy; and there was plenty of space inside the home. It’s in the heart of Cave Spring and only 10-15 minutes to downtown Roanoke. Would definitely recommend. :)

Close to everything!

This property is in a beautiful area with stores, restaurants and walking trails only a couple minutes away. It is obvious from the lovely decor that Evelyn wants her guests to feel at home. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets/pillows and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was truly a peaceful stay and we 10/10 recommend!
