One bedroom/den or 2 bedroom (den has Murphy Bed) top floor unit in an elevator building with upgraded white cabinetry and hardware, new plumbing fixtures, quartz countertops, ceiling fans, fireplace, recessed canned lighting, vinyl plank flooring, wall hung big screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms, and much more. WIFI/Internet with IPTV TV featuring over 20,000 local and popular stations as well as premium channels such as HBO, Netflix, the NFL package, etc. and all streaming apps such as Prime, Apple TV, etc.. Security gated complex is adjacent to the Stone Creek Golf Course and has five heated pools with five spas, a magnificent clubhouse with a state of the art exercise room, a billiard room and a card/meeting room. Walk to ample shopping and restaurants. Desert Ridge, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters just a short ride away in addition to the ones within walking distance. Near two major freeways for easy access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and the west side of the Valley.

Originally from NY, I have recently relocated from Northern CA to the Phoenix area where I spent the past thirty years in the new home building industry. I currently own several rental properties here in the Valley.
Why they chose this property
I love the resort feel of this complex and find its convenience; i.e., walking distance to shopping, dining and parks a great benefit. The area boasts exemplary schools and is near major freeways for access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the West Valley.
