The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue.

Why they chose this property
The Walton is located right in the middle of Silver City's historic residential neighborhood. WNMU is right across the street and the main downtown commercial district is just 6 blocks away. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet.
What makes this property unique
The Walton is a National Registered Landmark built by Architect Guy Frazier for our first Senator W.B. Walton who was also a regent at WNMU. The units and details are very original and functional.
