Our three bedroom house is located in Southern Village, a lovely community setting with sidewalks, parks, and a village of its own, complete with a movie theatre, grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop and more--all within walking distance! Just minutes from UNC and Franklin Street shops, restaurants and sporting events. And with a park and ride bus lot located in the development, there is no need to drive to downtown Chapel Hill for your sporting event or graduation.

Property was as shown and explained. Excellent stay for UNC football game. Quick drive or Uber to campus and Franklin Street . House was clean and everything provided. Plenty of space for the 6 of us adults. Communication with Angelo was excellent. Would stay here again if we ever come back for another UNC event.

What a great home away from home. Felt really comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for. Bonus was the proximity (walking distance!) to the restaurants and organic grocer. Super easy drive to campus and the heart of Chapel Hill and Carrboro.

Rented as had family in town. House in great location, host very responsive, great tv, internet, fridge, washer etc. House does need some tlc and could have been cleaner. Backyard needs some love. Furniture is pretty old, needs some more coffee cups etc.Recommend but above means this rental isn’t at level I’d normally expect (ie 5 star). But I believe it is only rental in SV and will def do the job!

Pros of this property: fully stocked kitchen, location is great (bus to UNC, Morgan Creek path, walk to Southern Village center, in a quiet neighborhood), and comfortable king size bed.

We were in town for the TCU at UNC football game over Labor Day weekend. The house is in a great neighborhood, walkable to the Southern Village town center with restaurants and a nice market. It is in close proximity to the University as well as to Carrboro where there are lots of good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to visit Chapel Hills in the future.

Perfect house for UNC graduation

We had a great stay in this nice property when in chapel hill for UNC graduation. We enjoyed the patio one night. The street parking was easy for extra cars.
