Nice place. Great neighborhood. Very quiet. Park across the street was great for quick walk with dogs in morning before heading to hiking trails. Very roomy for my needs and fenced yard was a bonus. Would stay here again.

Property is very conveniently located near downtown Salt Lake, shopping and restaurants. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable when we walked into the home. So filthy we didn’t stay. The first thing we smelled when we walked in was what we later identified as the smell of an overloaded diaper genie. This home is not in any condition to be rented and it’s clear that it’s not being cleaned regularly or well. It was also obviously some kind of a flip and very little effort was put into making things look presentable and sanitary. The walls, floors, baseboards, and other surfaces were clearly not clean. The carpet had multiple gross stains, and the furniture was all covered in questionable sheets. If you bring pets, beware that the backyard is just basically mud. Ended up eating the cost and was happier to go to a nice clean hotel and make do.

Good location and in a nice neighborhood. Basically it is clean but needs some cosmetic paint work. The kitchen has bare bones for cooking utensils, pans, and serving/baking dishes. We enjoyed our stay and things were close by.
