From the moment you step into this warm and inviting space you will feel the history and charm, perfectly blended with modern day conveniences while honoring the building which dates back to 1893.

The apartment has:
-Living room with 2 sofas and 2 chairs - (one of the sofas is a high quality queen sleeper) and a 75" 4K HD smart tv
-Game table for 5 - games, vintage puzzles, etc
-Dining area with a table that seats 12
-Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gorgeous marble counters, an island that seats 4, Verona 36" double range
-Desk area with USB/C fast charging
-Primary suite 240 sf with a king bed
-Adjoining 200 sf den with a 55" 4K HD tv and a high quality queen sleeper sofa
-Bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds
-Bedroom with 2 queen beds
* Beds are 15" Saatva luxury firm mattresses.
-Bathroom 1 has heated tile floors and a 6' tub/shower for 2

Access is easy. You will enter through the back of the building into a common area. You will go up the stairs to the door where you will have access to the entire second floor. Note that there is a fantastic restaurant on the first floor that would love to host you for lunch or dinner.

Amazing place to stay!

Talk about a wow factor! Not only was this property very clean and with a well stocked kitchen and linens, it was beautifully decorated. It felt as if we were walking into something you would see in an interior design magazine. I would recommend this place to everyone! The host was great! Location was perfect with restaurants in walking distance.and a great restaurant downstairs! Love love loved it!

The property was very clean and welcoming. We appreciated the space allowed for larger gatherings as well areas for quiet conversation. The woodwork was appealing. Beds were comfortable. I rented Marnie's apartment for our stay in Chippewa Falls. The apartment is beautiful with very unique lighting and fixtures. There was plenty of room for us to eat and hang out. The girls appreciated the full length mirrors and lighted mirrors. We also appreciated the desk area that we used to apply our makeup. The location was perfect with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We were five minutes from the Leine Lodge where we attended a wedding party for my son.

Fantastic

We had such a great time in this lovely apartment and in Chippewa Falls! With 8 adults we have plenty of space and enjoyed relaxing and cooking breakfast and a steak and crab leg dinner. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Great location to all downtown social spots.

Amazing!

Our stay was AMAZING. This was a perfect place for a big group of friends to stay! Each room is beautifully and uniquely designed and it was so fun!! There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of seating options. The kitchen was large and both bathrooms were lovely. This place was perfect for our girls getaway!

This place is so well decorated - it looks like it came out of an interior design book, while also being comfortable and functional for our large group. I’d definitely recommend. Marnie was also super easy to contact and work with.

Family Get Together

Beautiful spacious place. Enjoyed it from beginning to end. Convenient location. Perfect for group gatherings that also allows for private conversations. Updated amenities. Bedding, pillows, towels, lotions and more like a 5 star hotel. Free parking available. Fully equipped kitchen. We cannot wait to visit beautiful Chippewa Falls again.

Make this your destination!

Wow—the nicest VRBO ever. Our party of 9 had plenty of room to sleep, eat, play games, hang out, and explore. The place is immaculate, and we enjoyed all of the details, from quality appliances and heated bathroom floors to luxurious and plentiful bedding and towels. There are so many places to walk to but you can easily stay inside—the place is so well appointed and tastefully decorated. We will be back for sure. The owners thought of everything. Thank you!

Rented this apartment for girls weekend and it great! Perfect place to hang out. Kitchen was huge with lots of counter space. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location! Close to bars, shopping, and food. Very clean and spacious. Loved the classic vibe with benefit of current technology. Heated floors in bathroom a huge plus. Plenty of mirrors and space to get ready was very convenient for accommodating 6 women. And check out was so easy! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful space overlooking downtown Chippewa Falls

This place totally exceeded our expectations. Huge, open and bright. Incredible kitchen. Design and decor was lovely in every way. Beds were super comfortable and ample rooms/sleeping options served our large family well. They truly thought of everything, and did a great job keeping the old charm and warmth while bringing a modern and trendy vibe. I mean who couldn’t love a place that has heated floors in the bathroom? Thank you Marnie for going above and beyond to accommodate us. We came for a wedding and had never been to Chippewa before. Charming little sleepy town trying to decide if it wants to wake up. We loved the coffee and antique shops within a stones throw, and enjoyed eating at the bistro downstairs.Would be delighted to visit again, and no doubt this is the cutest and most luxurious place to stay in the area :)
