The property exude style and charm immediately. With 2600 ft.² all on one level so you and your group have room together, spread out and do your own thing all at the same time. Close to all the fun things in fountain Square adjacent to downtown and events. This brand new construction provides wide doorways, and a safe layout for all. Guests love the open great room for entertaining and being in the moment with comfortanle seating for 9 fo your entire family or group. Super fun, entertainment, and restaurant area is blocks of way. With convenience store and the local hot Mexican food eatery within walking distance. Nestle in among among warm, fabulous neighbors.

Great design build for comfort, style and "lounging". A bunkies/kids room with 4 twin beds trundled amd their own big screen—two work spaces with sparkling fast internet, wifi and ethernet. 3 rear parking spots on property/pad with free off-street parking in the front.

Just a note for clarity, “pet friendly” does not mean that there’s no pet fee, there is. A notation of the maximum capacity or “sleeps five” does not mean that there aren’t additional guest fees as offering a property for 1-2 guests vs more has different cost/market factors to consider. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Failure to provide ID as outlined in the rental agreement can/will result in a cancellation of booking for reason code “Conflict with House Rule”
$400 for Smoking or Vaping of any substance indoors. $600 fine and expulsion for holding a party. Run/do dishes while checking out.
Trash to roller on alley. $200 fee for misstatement of number of guests/pets plus the listed per day per person/pet fee. Fee converts to damage.

Great stay!

My friend group stayed here for GenCon. The property was clean, easy to access and matched the property description. Clint was very clear with all check in/check out processes and even worked with us for early check-in/late check-out to accommodate our flights into town. The property is conveniently located near downtown and several fantastic restaurants. We had a great time, no complaints.

Great setup & comfortable beds. This area of Indy is odd, the neighborhoods are good one block and then sketchy the next. I thought the area was fine and we stayed with 3 kids, 9,11,13. My wife would have liked a nicer area. Overall great stay.

IUPUI family weekend

Excellent property for our weekend stay! Easy drive to the IUPUI campus and downtown Indy! Couple of nice restaurants very close and a family dollar within a short walk if you forget something or your kids want icecream one night! Owner added another couch before our stay in the living area and it was great for movie watching. Parking around back is great and fit two cars perfectly with walking room in between. I do wish the back driveway was marked or had a number out there. Overall a great stay and we will be back to visit our daughter at college.

House is much larger on the inside than it looks. Spacious and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Ice maker didn’t work while we were there but I’m not sure the owner was aware. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cups/bowls. Overall cleanliness is good but could be better. Some walls, floors and vents were missed. Owner was communicative and friendly and quick to respond. Giving 5 stars because even though some areas missed the mark a little for us, perfection was not our standard. Comfort was and it was definitely that!

Nice large group stay for the indy500

We had a great time in Indy! We had 9 total people and were very comfortable. We did kill a total of 8 roaches over the weekend, and the house was not stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, or body wash but we were able to go to the store to sort that out. Additionally there was a surprise (I could have read the fine print but I didn’t) check in process where I had to text my ID or it would be cancelled? But overall was a decent place to stay. The actual house was clean and beds were nice.

Lovely set up and comfy beds

Nice layout with open common space for family time. Furniture set up made it easy to set up some games and have a movie night. . The room with the twin and trundle beds was a hit with the kids. Beds, and a good night's rest, can make a difference. Firm but supportive and comfortable. Some VRBO places don't have good mattresses which makes sense. It was a pleasant surprise that theses were so comfy. Place was clean and easy to access. Not an overly detailed check out to do list. Close to many downtown events. Our dog loved visiting too! The area can be described as up and coming. Walked my dog a few times a day. Everyone I met was fine and I felt safe.
