Great location. We were here for a relatives birthday party. Although we had a car, we found it easier to use Uber and Lyft and we didn’t have to worry about parking and finding spots to park. Highly recommend!
Had a great time celebrating my 21st birthday here. An awesome place to be close enough to bourbon street to not worry about paying for parking. We were able to park 2 cars in the driveway for free the whole time. Property was very clean and great location. The host even delivered a case of water when we ran out! Would highly recommend over hotels downtown.

Our stay was perfect! It was close enough that we could reach places with a short walk. The rooms were clean and the ac was awesome! We would definitely stay again when we come back to N.O. Thank you!

Thank you, Tyiesha, for your review! We're glad you found the location convenient for your Xavier University events and enjoyed the spacious accommodations. We appreciate you choosing our home and hope to host you again on your next visit to New Orleans!
We spent three fantastic nights in this comfortable home in New Orleans! Our group of five (two couples) fit comfortably in the three-bedroom house. It is about a 30-minute walk to the French Quarter; while it was recommended to take an Uber at night, our group felt safe walking everywhere and never felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. We also loved taking the streetcar, which has a stop just a couple of blocks away (right next to a Walgreens where you can easily buy tickets if you aren't using the app). There is a 24-hour tire shop right next door, but to be honest, we were so exhausted from exploring NOLA that we didn't even notice the noise. After all, you don't come to New Orleans to sleep! Thank you, Antoinette, for hosting us!
Listing is as described—clean, spacious and easy to get around. Great home base for walking to Frenchman or the Marigny! Host was responsive with the few questions we had. Great value!

We had a wonderful holiday trip and the house was everything we wanted and needed. Easy access to downtown and the French Quarter as well as the highways for day trips. Felt like home and loved our stay!
