This Tampa Bay area Florida getaway is close to everything including the famous Tampa Bay/ Clearwater beaches, restaurants, sporting events, attractions, outlet malls and Moffitt Cancer Center. Fish, paddleboard, swim and kayak from your private beach. Enjoy relaxing views of the lake from almost every room in the rustic lake lodge, spaceous dock or outdoor firepit.

Located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end road, you will enjoy privacy and relaxation on over 2+ acres of exotic landscaping, directly on crystal clear, spring fed Lake Thomas. This is a private ski-sized lake with some of the best fishing in Land O Lakes and fishing gear will be provided upon request. Enjoy180 feet of white sand beach to swim, and launch the Kayaks or enjoy the cool breezes from the large covered dock. Enjoy peaceful sunsets and evenings around a spaceous firepit. The outside patio, located just steps from the shore, has a large outdoor dining area and comfortable adirondack chairs. Propane barbeque grill is available. The driveway and parking pad can accomodate 4 vehicles.

The Lake Lodge is a one-of-a-kind custom home with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and elegantly decorated with rustic touches. There are three bedrooms with the master downstairs featuring a comfy king bed and updated private master bath with large walk-in shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two queen beds and a shared full bath with a tub. There is a gameroom loft with expansive views of the lake. There is also a half-bath adjacent to the brand new laundry room downstairs.

There are 2 beautiful dining areas featured in the home, each seating 6 people. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig and 12 cup stainless coffee pot, new appliances and starter kit including cleaning supplies, paper towels, coffee, snacks and dish and laundry soap.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

~For your safety, the home has security cameras outside, facing the driveway as well as lakeside. No cameras are inside the home or face the interior. If there is any tampering of the cameras or disconnecting the wifi, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

~This home has well and septic, so please, NO parking in the grass. A water filtration system has been installed, and a 1 gallon jug of water will be in the refrigerator. You may want to supply your own bottled water, but not necessary. We also ask that you only flush waste and small amount of toilet paper. Do NOT flush feminine products or wipes of any kind.

~There is NO smoking allowed on the property. There are many guests as well as the OWNERS who have allergies to smoke and tobacco products. If there is evidence that someone in your party has smoked in the home, dock or on any of the property, you will be asked to leave and there will be a $350.00 fee imposed.

~This is a natural Florida lake with many species of wildlife to enjoy. Please do NOT feed the wildlife, ducks, fish or rarely seen alligators per Florida State Statute. *All water activities are at your own risk.* Be aware that natural lake levels vary and diving off the dock is prohibited.

~Bring your water shoes, lake shells and muscles are present. Flip flops or shoes are recommended on the grounds.

~You are surrounded by water and trees, bring bugspray! You are in Florida and our state bird is the mosquito.

~NO Large gatherings or parties are allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we love our neighbors.

~ONLY the downstairs fireplace is functional. We allow only Duraflame-type logs and 2 will be provided for your enjoyment. Do NOT use the upstairs fireplace.

~The adjacent garage is private for the owner, however, if you need covered parking, this could be optional.


The TV’s are Roku and ready for any subscription based streaming services. Please do not adjust or Tamper with the TV’s or internet. The TV’s are hard mounted and not removable. The Master and upstairs do swivel -downstairs is fixed.
