This was our second year staying here for our annual family reunion, and we absolutely love it! The unit is incredibly spacious, the convenience of keeping our boat just across the street is a huge plus, and the view, it’s truly unmatched. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely the best destin experience. Perfect location right on the beach eith access to the marina for boat tours or a boat ride to the harbor. Relaxing, spacious and beautiful. From the boat races in the morning to the fireworks at night this location and the host provide the best if everything. Everyone loved it.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the condo. We brought our boat and also rented a boat slip. It was very convenient with only a short walk from the condo to get on our boat. We will definitely rent this condo and boat slip again. Highly recommend!!! Thank you to the owners for providing such a beautiful condo!!

We had a wonderful stay and the family thought this was the best place. Lots of space, and lots of action to view on the bay. Tons of boats and watched 2 firework shows. We had front row seats watching 2 B-52s do a small practice show. While there is access to a couple beaches, we chose to walk the 15 minutes to a beach area past rental chairs that was absolutely beautiful and clear. It was just a great place if you’re ok with not being directly on the ocean side.

Gorgeous Condo!

Absolutely loved this condo and can't wait to stay here again!!! It was beautiful, spacious and clean. Loved how much room it had and all the balconies, views were incredible and perfect location to watch the firework show on Thursday night. Beaches/jetties are gorgeous and worth the walk, pool was also great to hang out at with a great view. Best condo we've ever stayed at in Destin or anywhere!!! Only thing that could have made it even better would have been a set of bunk beds and extra blankets.

Perfect for our annual family vacation

We had a great stay in mid-June. We arrived a little earlier than check in and the cleaning crew was just leaving - they were very nice and had cleaned the place well. Instructions provided by the owner were well organized and clear. Our stay was mostly quiet, although that's going to depend heavily on neighbors and those playing in the pool and beach areas. Access to Noriega point beach was nice, although a parking lot us under construction, so the walk is a little longer than usual - just get up on the jetty wall as soon as you can it it's much easier as you don't have as far to go in the sand. Appliances and kitchen utensils/flatware were all perfect for our needs. It was a fluke, but we appreciated that the appliances were same as we have at home. The size of the condo was nice - everyone was able to spread out a little. The two massive balconies were a great place to relax and to just stare out at the gulf or watch the boat traffic. Not to mention the TWO fireworks shows for our stay. Lots to do in the area. Traffic can be slow during certain times - just plan for it. Great, great place to stay. Hope we will have the opportunity again.
