From the moment you enter the lobby you are transported to the 1920s. Ride the elevator to the beautiful corner penthouse where you are surrounded by modern luxury with a touch of whimsy. You won't find a larger, rooftop garden terrace anywhere else in Louisville.
Centrally located, walk to fabulous restaurants, live music, museums, several theaters, college football, basketball, Loucity soccer,, horse racing at epic Churchill Downs, the Convention Center, Yum Center, KY Center for the Art's. So much to do at your fingertips, yet easy and doable. Never overwhelming. If Manhattan was a large pizza, Louisville is a slice with everything on it. Take in as much as you'd like, then retreat to the quiet, luxurious penthouse for a glass of bourbon and cigar on the rooftop.
Whatever you can think of that you may want when you walk thru the door, just ask your host. She will have it waiting for you. Your stay will be an upscale experience that memories are made of.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used towels in the bathtub or shower.

Return key to unit door lock box Return fob to the appropriate lock box outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful property

We were in town visiting distilleries, and stayed in the beautiful historic property. The location was centralized to all the places where we were visiting. Entrance and parking were both secure. We really enjoyed the open air seating on the roof. Will definitely book again when we come back to Louisville.

Lovely condo with a lot of beautiful and unique attributes. Super clean, thoughtful touches, and great location. Communication in ever aspect was amazing. I really appreciated the the very detailed instructions on entering the garage. Zero issues. Would book here again!

Historic bldg, great decor

Great weekend stay for 2 couples on bourbon tour.The unit was very unique and the owner was very accommodating. However, felt that we should have been advised that there is a pet of some kind is either currently or has lived on the premises (for allergy purposes). Kitchen was well equipped.

Rooftop Location

This was a great location a few blocks from the excitement of the Bourbon Trail and waterfront activities. Short walk or easy Ubers. Due to colder and rainy weather we did not get to experience the roof top. My husband has balance issues and he was able to handle the wide spiral staircase. The owner provides coffee/tea included. Then other snack or beverage items are setup on a payment honor system for your enjoyment. Location is very secure.
