Beach Please! Complimentary 6-Seater Golf Carts!

Kick off your shoes, sit back and get ready to make some great beach memories at "Beach Please!" We worked hard to create the perfect spot for folks to gather and experience everything that SGI has to offer. It works well for our crew and we hope that it does the same for you! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is just a short walk from the Bay with amazing sunsets! If the beach is what you came for - you can get there in 1 minute traveling by Cart - we provide two 6 seater golf carts for the quick ride to either 11th and 12th street public beach accesses. Craving local Island Cuisine? Not a problem! Its a 7 minute golf cart ride to the "downtown" area of the island where the restaurants are located. Ask Manager about golfcart waiver if not already received (Review Franklin County Golf Cart Ordinance)

Inside: One level, inviting and spacious Great Room featuring a large seating area with extended outdoor seating from the living room opening onto rear deck that is private . Kitchen bar/island seats 8 as well as outside patio tables. The Master bedroom has a King bed, private bath with double vanity, and a combination tub/shower. On the other side of the great room are two other King bedrooms that share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination as well.
Please note that there is a bonus room with a bed downstairs under the house and not on the same level as the rest. It is equipped with a full bathroom and a queen bed. Although it does not have a closet, it does have a space to hang clothes and built in drawers under the bed. We do not include it in our bedroom/bathroom count because it doesn’t have a closet, and we do not charge any extra for it because has a separate from the rest of the house. Paper towels and extra toilet tissue can be found in the laundry room.
Under the house, there is a hangout area equiped with a 55" TV, patio table and chairs, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor shower snd swing. It's the perfect spot for Game Days! The remote to the outdoor TV is kept in the downstairs bedroom. The switch to power the outdoor TV is just inside the downstairs bonus room to the left. Please keep off when not in use. Finally, please enjoy the beautiful bay sunset- grab a spot on the deck to watch or take the carts down to the bay for the amazing views.
