Some notable features making this unit a popular choice are contactless arrival and departure with keyless coded entry, germ resistant floor coverings, a beverage station, a king suite with beach view, bathroom with tub/shower combo, a very spacious combined living environment with high ceilings, living room with easy beach and pool accessible via boardwalk system. Other comfort amenities selected and provided by the owners are beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, Bluetooth Speaker, Bodywash, liquid hand soap hand and hand sanitizer, paper products, Guests arriving to eagerly begin their time in our space find it clean, meticulously prepared with them in mind in accordance to current world health safety guidelines and with beds made, all linen and personal care essentials provided .
Steps to pool and boardwalk to beach. (no road to cross) Walking distance to state park. All linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen. One king bed/ queen sleeper sofa.
1 community pools, large sun deck and park style grills. Watch for dolphins from 2 decks! Pet friendly with deposit. We are Dog-Friendly and require a $100 pet fee per pet with a strict limit to two dogs maximum from our HOA. Failure to abide can mean immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

VEHICLE INFO: Technology is ever-changing and paving the way for EV's (Electric Vehicles). If you plan on bringing an EV, please be aware that there are no charging stations on the island and our unit is not equipped with an EV charger. Please ask manager for information on where and how to charge your EV. Only 2 cars are allowed under the parking bay and no golf carts or LSV’s are allowed.

We loved our long weekend trip to St. George island and this condo was perfect for our 1 year anniversary trip! We booked last minute so had to bring our fur babies with us and it was the perfect set up for that.The location to the beach was a short easy walk.The kitchen had all necessities for cooking. It was a great place and we will definitely be back! Also, thank you George for letting use your beach chairs!
Our family stayed at this condo for a family vacation. The location was perfect with all of the amenities you need. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, and supplied with an array of daily items needed.

Absolutely amazing stay I’ve actually stayed at this property two times before and love the renovations. Such a quiet serene community. Great location went paddle boarding just one minute away and convenient to so many little quaint towns to shop and eat.
Wonderful and clean place to relax while in SGI! Everything was PERFECT!!!! Communication with owner was great. Condo was organized and clean! Owner allowed us to check in early. We loved everything about it and so did our fur baby!
We absolutely loved this condo and all that came with it! The pools were clean and cool, the beach access was so easy and close, I loved how dog-friendly the entire island was, we could literally take our little poodle anywhere. I appreciated how firm the HOA was at Ocean Mile and their dedication to keeping this property and its units ‘up to code.’ We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!!
My husband and I brought our almost 2 year old to stay at SGI and loved it! Such a short walk to the beach and the property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the pool also. Such a quiet, family friendly beach.
It was perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. We also love the location and the access to the beach. This was the second year we stayed here( different condo) and the people were very friendly.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo at 300 Ocean Mile. We have stayed in this condo previously and we’re glad we stayed again. We love that the beach is right there and you can just walk out there. Condo has everything you need for your stay. We are ready to come back.
