The apartment is unusual as it’s semi circular in shape and is on the top floor of the building.It has over 1100sq ft of living space.You can access the apartment by the lift or walk the two flights of stairs.It has three good sized bedrooms.The master bedroom has an en-suite,the second bedroom is beside the main bathroom,both the en-suite and the bathroom have power showers.The third bedroom has a sofa bed.The sofa bed is ideal for children but it is also big enough to sleep two adults.The third bedroom(when not used as a bedroom) doubles up as the second living room.It has a 40” television,a PlayStation,two couches and a nice view of the harbour.The kitchen/dining room is a good size,the kitchen area is small but is well equipped for ones stay.The kitchen table will comfortably accommodate six people.You have instant hot water and heating from the combi boiler.The living room is large,it has three couches,a 55”television and flooded with plenty natural light from three windows.In the hallway there is a cloakroom for coats and suitcases.Overall the apartment is very quiet,very warm and a very comfortable space.
