Beautiful, spacious, completely renovated home in the popular Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores neighborhood. Walk a few blocks to watch the sunset over the water or launch kayaks. Perfect location to enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer. A mile to downtown. About a mile to The Ringling Museum. Less than a mile to the Performing Arts Center. What a gem! This home is so cozy and comfortable. It was just perfect for our multi-generational trip with our two boys (pre-teen and teen) and grandma! It was a great location easily accessible to Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, St. Armand’s Circle and other local attractions!

Beautiful neighborhood. Loved my morning walk. House was well equipped and so so clean. Owners were available easily but didn’t need the because everything was perfect

We stay in the wonderful Indian Beach neighborhood every year. This home was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. We also met some very friendly neighbors — a plus!
