Spend you next vacation in Durango relaxing in your own private home at the golf course.

Single level with a great floor plan. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one big great room so you can enjoy visiting with your friends and family. Really nice patio in the partially fenced back yard and just minutes from stepping onto the golf course at Dalton Ranch. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV and huge master bath with sunken tub & shower. All remaining bedrooms offer a queen bed. There are plenty of eating areas, with a formal dining area off the kitchen, a breakfast bar and a second dining area just off the living room. The home does not have a/c but stays fairly cool in the summer and the winters are warm and cozy next to the gas fireplace. A 2 car garage is available as well as washer & dryer. The patio features a gas grill and nice patio furniture - spend all summer enjoying this relaxing setting. This home is well equipped and set up perfectly for your next vacation.

We have stayed in this home for three years in a row. The home is perfect for a small family, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. It is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Durango, Purgatory, and Silverton. We will hope to book again the next time we are in Durango.

The home was the best equipped home we have ever used - enough dishes, pots, pans, dish towels, bath towels, blankets, etc. Grocery store literally down the street, close to the ski resort & town. It fit our needs perfectly.

The area the house was in was nice and quiet. Easy 8 minutes drive from downtown Durango. House was clean and very well taken care of. In front of neighborhood is a grocery and liquor store. Would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful Home

We were very impressed with the accommodations. The house is absolutely beautiful, well equipped with everything needed. Neighborhood is very quiet. My only issue was there is no street parking and we wanted to entertain some friends that live locally and really couldn’t do it. Other than that, if we were going to come back out there, we would stay there again!

The living area was very cozy, clean & adequate. We appreciated all the tissues and the well stocked kitchen equipment. The TV in the master bedroom did not work, the cabinet housing the DVD was falling apart & there should be a door between the bedroom & the bathroom. The grill was full of grease and should be cleaned before summer guests arrive. Basically, the house is lovely but needs to be updated

Nice Property but Some Small Defects and Inconveniences

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Durango. This was our first time there and we'll definitely be back. The house itself was large and bright. It is in a golf course community 8 miles north of town. During our stay, we experienced a pipe leak in the garage, but our property manager, through yeoman effort, managed to get someone to repair it over the weekend. There were some other minor problems. There was some chipped paint on the walls, non-functioning vertical blinds, and a torn sheet on the bed. The owner chose not to provide garage remotes for guests so there was the inconvenience of exiting the car to enter the code on the keypad when entering and leaving. We respected the request to remove shoes at the entry, but felt it was unnecessary given the color of the carpet. I believe with a little work, the property could rise from pretty good to excellent.
