Spend you next vacation in Durango relaxing in your own private home at the golf course.

Single level with a great floor plan. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one big great room so you can enjoy visiting with your friends and family. Really nice patio in the partially fenced back yard and just minutes from stepping onto the golf course at Dalton Ranch. The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV and huge master bath with sunken tub & shower. All remaining bedrooms offer a queen bed. There are plenty of eating areas, with a formal dining area off the kitchen, a breakfast bar and a second dining area just off the living room. The home does not have a/c but stays fairly cool in the summer and the winters are warm and cozy next to the gas fireplace. A 2 car garage is available as well as washer & dryer. The patio features a gas grill and nice patio furniture - spend all summer enjoying this relaxing setting. This home is well equipped and set up perfectly for your next vacation.

The house was a perfect size for our family. The location in Dalton Ranch community was terrific. There are great areas to take walks. There is a grocery store nearby to buy supplies, wine, and liquor. There are a few good restaurants nearby. And it's only about 15 or 20 minutes from Purgatory ski resort. 20 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from downtown Durango. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our girl’s trip. We came in after dark so it was hard to see the house number because of the tree branch but we figured it out very easy. It was clean and very inviting. Plenty of room to sit and visit when we weren’t out exploring. Questions were answered timely when needed.

This home was the perfect size for our family as we prepared for our daughter’s wedding. All the comforts of home, including games and books for entertainment. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus with the unexpected rain and storms during the week. Location was perfect for our daughter’s venue, quiet cul-de-sac, with kind neighbors. Janet was amazing to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. We hope to return at a later date to explore the wonders of Durango. This home would be our first consideration.

The property was lovely and spacious. Plenty of pots, pans, towels, and unusual necessities, such as safety pins. Hairdryers and sample shampoo were helpful, as well. We really enjoyed the patio, garage, and had space for everyone. There were also condiments, like honey, ketchup, mustard, salt/pepper, and spices.

Very nice location in a beautiful golf course neighborhood. Very roomy house. Deer walked through the yard. We really enjoyed our stay there. Just a few comments that I hope are helpful. The space between the counter and the refrigerator needs cleaning. The hall bathroom tub drained very slowly. My son pulled a lot of hair out. The screen in the master bedroom doesn't fit tightly. Some of the bedding was worn.

We have stayed in this home for three years in a row. The home is perfect for a small family, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. It is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Durango, Purgatory, and Silverton. We will hope to book again the next time we are in Durango.

The area the house was in was nice and quiet. Easy 8 minutes drive from downtown Durango. House was clean and very well taken care of. In front of neighborhood is a grocery and liquor store. Would definitely recommend this house.

Hi Katherine, I am so sorry to hear you had an issue. Thank you for brining it to my attention in your response. The coffee maker was just purchased approximately three months ago to include a single serve option as well as a full pot option. Also, the two old coffee makers work and are located in the cabinet. As a must have coffee first thing in the morning person, I can only imagine how frustrating this must have been. I wish you would have called or emailed and I would have shared that there are the old standbys in the cabinet, or replaced if necessary.
