Rated Meublé de Tourisme 4 Stars, this modern detached home has 3 bedrooms and is only 35 minutes' drive from Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport and 10 minutes' drive from the beautiful beaches at St Pierre la Mer and Narbonne Plage. Midway between the historic towns of Béziers and Narbonne, it is set in the charming village of Fleury d'Aude within walking distance of the village center (supermarket, bar, restaurants, take-aways, boulanger, tabac...). Private garden with pool and south-facing patio. 3 double beds (1 x 160cm, 2 x 140cm) maximum 6 guests, lovely modern fully-equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and hob, extractor fan. 2 shower rooms, a utility room with washing machine, a spacious lounge with wood burning fire and a large dining room with air conditioning/heating. Upstairs, the landing has an air conditioning/heating unit. There is also private off-road parking for up to 3 cars. For bookings in July and August, check-in can either be on a Saturday or Sunday and check out is on a Saturday.
