This quintessential Vineyard cottage was built in the 1920's, and retains most of its original charm and character. Located in the desirable East Chop neighborhood, this little cottage is known for its appearance in the Jaws movie, and affectionately referred to as "Little Jaws". Extensive renovations have been completed! This charming home features 3-bedrooms, 2-baths, a sun filled living room with vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace, a new galley kitchen, and oversized glass doors to take advantage of the dramatic waterviews. Enjoy sunsets and dinners on the large beachfront covered porch. Ride bikes down East Chop Drive to the bustling harbor area or to the action of Circuit Avenue, or launch a kayak from your backyard. This cottage has everything you need for a perfect Vineyard vacation.
