Completely remodeled spacious condo with open floor plan, Tastefully decorated. Located at Oceanwalk, across the street from the BEST BEACH ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Just down the street from the famous Coligny Plaza, with great shops, dining, and all of your grocery needs. Large outdoor pool with sundeck and covered pavilion, heated indoor pool and soothing jacuzzi inside large Atrium area. One of the few complexes with both indoor and outdoor pools.

Enter the fully equipped new kitchen to prepare all of your favorite meals. All new appliances and furnishings. Master bedroom with queen size bed and European pillow top mattress and plenty of storage space, spacious full bath and comfy queen size sleeper sofa in living room with memory foam mattress, sleeps four comfortably. After a fun day at the beach or pool relax on one of the rocking chairs on the second floor balcony to take in the night air. Many great walking and biking paths to enjoy while you stay here. Tennis courts on site, many challenging golf courses on the island and numerous water activities within minutes of this great location not to mention all the great restaurants and entertainment. Non-Smoking building, off street parking with two elevators for your convenience. Sorry no pets allowed.

Perfect little getaway

My fiancé and I enjoyed this little vacation so much! The condo was cozy, spacious, and just a short bike ride from the beach and restaurants!

Great weekend stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was close to so much and was the perfect little spot. It had everything we needed. Joe and Joyce left notes about their favorite places to eat etc which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very comfortable and well appointed for our stay. The location was excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, about 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals were nearby as well.

Super clean condo, with great kitchen amenities. We loved the location and having the bikes to get around. The only thing I would say is there was not additional blanket for the pull out bed, but other then that it has everything you need.

Sweet, simple condo

Communication and check-in/check-out were easy and efficient. Short walk to the beach, and short drive to many shops and restaurants. Fun times! Great memories.

This condo has obviously been updated and the owners did a great job! Very clean and comfortable. Has an indoor and outdoor pool. Easy check in and check out, good restaurant recommendations and great communication with owner. Easy walk to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Island Escape

We loved the condo. It is very clean and comfortable. Very close to Coligny Park and Beach. Only minutes away from all the attractions on HHI. The indoor and outdoors pools were great amenities to have. I highly recommend this condo. The hosts were great communicators!!

The property was immaculate. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful. At times it was filled with kids but before 10, it was very peaceful, We had a minor problem at check in but the owners got it solved quickly. Everything we needed was provided.

It was a great stay. Too cool for me to swim outside. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Access page to VRBO on checkin from email didnt work so read Joe's email for documentation if it happens to you.

Short stay with the kids

While the hallways of the property give you pause when you first walk in, once you get in the door of the unit you begin to feel much better. The unit was clean and had the standard features for a beach rental. We found the kitchen items useful for preparing our meals. There is the big public beach within a short drive, or a more secluded beach slightly across the street to the right.

convenient to great beach

we really liked the condo. There was confusion about the property parking pass, but the Stayanchis clarified that for us so that the next tenants wont discard the paper pass wqhich was supposed to stay in the unit. Other than that, the kitchen was complete and the furnishings were very nice.

Spring Break 2023

Great stay, a few things like water shutoffs on two days, power shut off for a few hours causing cable to go out, but worked with owner and cable company to get the cable working again! Would stay again, but would like bikes included with the condo for convenience of biking the island.

We vacationed many areas throughout the years and always dreamed of owning a vacation home. Growing up in Ohio and making it through the hard winters makes our Southern home more enjoyable. We purchased this property last year and totally remodeled it to make you feel like your at the beach with all the comforts of home and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Joe and Joyce!

Why they chose this property

We accidentally stumbled across Hilton Head over twenty years ago and immediately fell in love and have been coming back ever since. Coming from Northern Ohio this is truly paradise. We vacationed many different locations over the years and found South Forest Beach area to be the best. It has everything we love, from the Ocean life, the Live Oaks with hanging moss, Palm trees, unending bike paths and many water sports to enjoy. On a morning walk on the beach it is common to see dolphins swimming in the distance! This is the best location on the Island. We love it and hope you will too.

What makes this property unique

Open floor plan, very spacious condo. Tastefully decorated. We included everything in our condo so as you can enjoy your time while you vacation here not running around, renting bikes or doing laundry. The kitchen is done in Travertine tile for the Ocean look, and walls are done in a sandy beach texture. White cabinets for a bright clean look with polished hardware. The bedroom and bath are each done in an Ocean Blue. Porcelain floor tile with large carpets for a comfortable feel. We want you to feel like you are on the beach with beautiful surroundings. Enjoy!
