NEWLY RENOVATED Oceanside Oasis at Kawama Tower

Welcome to our Oceanside Oasis, an upscale unit with a complete renovation. Everything has been tastefully updated with the traveler's comfort in mind; from memory foam mattresses to fluffy beach towels.

Our Kawama Tower Unit has an open concept with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. It comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (large and small), should you decide to stay in and cook for the night, or just have breakfast on the balcony. There is also a private laundry room with a brand new full-size washer and dryer. The condo has smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, and complimentary high-speed internet access throughout.

Kawama is one of the most sought-after private gated communities in the Upper Keys. With an abundance of amenities, including three pools (one is exclusively for Tower Guests); a large sanded playground for children; a salt-water lagoon area with platform; tennis courts; Molasses Reef Marina directly on the Atlantic Ocean; plenty of community outdoor seating to soak in the beautiful water and views; outdoor charcoal grills; a fishing pier where you can also catch the amazing sunrises in the Florida Keys; and an abundance of palm trees to complete your tropical escape.

A boat slip is NOT included with the rental of this unit.

Key Largo is home to award-winning restaurants and historic bars, and they are all within a four-mile radius (some are walking distance) of the condominium. With amazing attractions just a short drive away, people from all over travel to the Florida Keys to enjoy some of world’s best snorkeling, diving, and fishing.

Maria and Jose are amazing hosts and their home is lovely! Aside from being clean, modern and updated - they thought of everything you’d need when on vacation! Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, dinnerware, silverware, etc. Community is very welcoming and the grounds are well cared for.

We loved our stay in this unit! Luckily, we already have it booked for ‘27. It is beautifully decorated, has been updated and has new appliances. This was our 2nd year at Kawama Tower and there is so much to do on the grounds of Kawama. People are very friendly and the views down by the beach and jetty are beautiful! I have back issues and the mattress in the primary bedroom is amazing! No back pain for two weeks. The balcony is very nice for morning or afternoon reading.
