Large luxury contemporary home located inside a private gated community (A Pocono Country Place) consisting of 6 private bedrooms 3 full baths. Community offers access to 4 swimming pools, playgrounds, paddle boats, mini golf, basketball, & tennis courts. Located in the heart of the Poconos there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks, skiing, snow tubing, recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, NASCAR & casinos

All beds have new mattresses with fresh linens. Working air conditioners are installed in every bedroom seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guest passes provide access to paddle boat rentals and access to all 4 pools. (Guest passes are not required for all other amenities).

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day.

***The community has a newly adopted policy which requires all guests to obtain a purple pass at the gate, prior to using the community swimming pools. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure you get one at the gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pool pass provided at the gate must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase passes.

**Seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. POOL HOURS ARE FROM 11:00AM-7:00PM. Pools will be open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

**Tennis/basketball courts, shuffleboard, private lake beach, and boating is available May-August.

OUTDOOR LIVING: A large patio/deck w/ gas grill, dining table, gazebo, lounge chair, and fire pit.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, pots, pans, wok, grill press, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.

PARKING: Driveway (Unlimited but must get free parking pass at Community Entrance)

Guest access:

Seasonal access to, 4 swimming pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, multiple tennis courts, multiple basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds.

This property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the front and back of the house for security purposes. No indoor areas are monitored.

The owner was so extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The house was great. The lake had issues nothing to do with the owners, but there is a beautiful lake 20 minutes away that we were able to enjoy.

Great Pocono Getaway

House was nicely updated and well kept. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of room to hang out for 9 adults and 3 kids. In particular the back deck was very pleasant and well-shaded. Location was convenient to many activities and attractions. Would absolutely stay there again if we're in the area.

30th Birthday Getaway

The house was beautiful and well kept, many amenities for kids and adults, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for a large group. But the best part about our stay was the owner Alex, answered me very quickly and was so helpful and accommodating. My family ran into some car troubles, It was a wild weekend and Alex made it all that much smoother. I’m sure we will book again for the next poconos vacation! Thank you for being amazing!!

Great family getaway

The house was lovely, comfortable, and clean with plenty of room for 16 of us. We had 10 kids/young adults from ages 5-20 and the game room was more than enough to keep them entertained on rainy days. The house is central located to anything you might see in the area and Bernard and Alex were quick to get back to us and help us with any issues that came up. I highly recommend the house and the hosts. Thank you for a great stay.

The house is beautiful and clean. Our group of 15 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The kids had a great time in the game room and running around in the backyard. The closest pool was H Pool (I'm not 100% sure) which was fine, but the cafe is OK only if you like waiting 25 minutes for a burger. The host Alex is very helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions, we have no complaints and had an overall great experience - highly recommended.

Great place but check details

Great location --- lots of nature and plenty of space in the house. The 6 bedrooms were great to have for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor fire pit was great for Smores. Our only problem was the pool use fee---- either we didn't read the rules correctly or maybe it wasn't made clear--- but the guest pass only gets you to the pool. It still costs $12 per person per day to use the pool and putt-putt course. So we never used the pool even though it looked like a great facility. If we make it to the Poconos again we would stay here again.

Beautiful house, run down neighborhood

The owners have done a beautiful job renovating the house and they were wonderful to work with when we had any questions. The deck and fire pit were done beautifully and we enjoyed evenings by the fire. If you're just looking for a home to stay at while you're in the area, this will be perfect. However if you're hoping to take advantage of the offered amentities- the "resort" itself is shabby and run down. It's obvious that the HOA or management hasn't made sure the owners keep up their property. The beach is being re-sanded so it was closed and the mini golf course is pretty shabby and small. All that being said, it was less than ten minute drive to the beach at Tobyhanna State Park which is free. We also rented boats at Tobyhanna. All in all, we had a great family reunion and enjoyed our stay.
