Only 8 cars in driveway. The rest can be parked 3 minutes down the road at the public lot.

The property was very spacious and comfortable, backyard and pool were great, and the game room was next level! There were some nice touches including a luggage rack in each room, as well as special towels for make-up removal. We would recommend staying here!

This was the perfect house for our large family gathering. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were updated, there was so much space for people to gather whether it was the living room, game room, media room or what I called the "speak easy".Throughout the booking process and during our stay, our host, Scott, was super responsive whenever we had a question.

It was spacious-different areas in the house so you never felt like you were on top of another--unless you wanted to. Spacious eating area and game room! Plentiful kitchen ware. The hot tub and pool made the house even more special. The interior of the house was colorful and the furniture and beds so comfortable!

Pocono vacation

Our family of 4 generations had a wonderful stay. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was huge and super stocked. The home was wonderful. It was also conveniently located. The host Scott made sure we had everything we needed. We would certainly visit again. Don’t forget to bring pool towels as those were not included.

Milestone birthday getaway with family

The Poconos Ranch was a perfect accommodation for our extended family of 15. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy a few days together. The game room was a hit: almost all the entertainment we needed.

We had a great stay in this huge house! We were 5 families, and it never felt crowded. The house is close to some beautiful hikes and to great wolf lodge, and we took advantage! Scott was very responsive when I had any questions. Very satisfied with our trip!

Multi family getaway

Home size was nice. Multi bedrooms and multiple gathering rooms as well. Dining room fit 11 people at the table. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Game room needs some TLC.

Nice Place for a Getaway

Had my bachelor party here and had a great time! The only note I'd have is that it's worth noting that they take the outdoor quiet hours seriously, so if you want to be in the hot tub until midnight, etc. you likely won't be able to. We didn't have much of an issue because we just moved inside to the game room, but could be an issue for rowdier groups!

This house looks small from outside. But its actually pretty big house. Our kids had so much fun including us. I wish there was a bigger backyard for the kids to play.But the kids loved the pool. I definitly recommend this house.

Fantastic time with kids!

We arrived with a few families and many kids as two days of rain set in. The colorful ranch was so spacious and had so much to do in the game room, though, we didn't even mind! The house was clean and well stocked from linens to kitchen supplies. Scott was attentive and available for any quick questions, too. We loved our stay!

Outside appearance the owner will tell you has a lot to be desired, however when you enter totally different All the rooms especially the common areas are spacious are well furnished. All the 9 bedrooms are tastefully decorated clean and modern. Definitely meant for larger families with children or for various occasions to accommodate up to 18- 20 people.The outside, 2 deck area is great .The pool was not available during our stay in Mid Sept.There is a Hot Tub which we could not figure out how to increase the heat so, I would recommend having that explained since there are no directions in the house rules.Also the backyard is not meant to play on for kids quite rustic, and not kept well, but there is a fire pit.

Perfect Getaway

AMAZING

Great spot for a group stay! We had a bachelor party of around 20 people. Lots of large bedrooms and bathrooms and the game room and movie theater was AWESOME! Large kitchen for a dinner party! Large driveway for multiple cars. Very close to liquor stores and grocery stores. Scott was very easy to communicate with.

Spacious poconos ranch house

Stayed for 2 nights in December with extended family and would stay again. This was a great house for a group of 18 with plenty of space. The game room, poker room, and movie room are all awesome features. The bathrooms were all nice and included walk in showers. The kitchen and dining room had plenty of space for us. The host Scott was responsive and helpful.

We host in the Poconos Mountains, a place we used to cherish visiting our grandparents and extended family as kids. We wanted to bring that same quiet, rural, family-oriented experience to others.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Philadelphia, and my family rented a house in the pocono mountains in my youth. I loved going up there, fishing, shooting trap, hiking, running around with my dog. Being able to now host that experience for others is a dream come true!

When I was looking for a property, I really wanted one that I and my whole family could come stay at. I also wanted a space that people were thrilled to visit, with its insanely large game room, tons of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Having my entire family there, but also having them feel like we weren't crowding each other all weekend was very important. I love that it's a very open floor plan, but there are multiple living spaces in case people want to do a noisier activity downstairs, or watch tv.

What makes this property unique

Walking into the home the first thing I noticed was the potential. It was originally 4000 square feet but after 12 months of rehab we opened it up to guests and now it's a stunning modern property for large families to enjoy! Everytime my family and friends visit they are amazed by the interior decor and thoughtfulness put into every room to make it feel distinct and lived in.
