I’d give 6 stars if I could. The place itself is beautiful and immaculate — and the view of the mountains is just great. It was clean and comfortable with a very authentic and tasteful Palm Springs vibe. My husband, teen daughter, my parents and I all enjoyed the common spaces for hanging out together and had ample space to ourselves as well. The location is central and convenient and management was helpful, organized and responsive. We’re already talking about booking again!
Positives - Interior furnishings and kitchen appliances were very upscale. Beds were very comfortable. Great expanded views of pool area and mountains from living area.
Negatives - Pool had lots of debris every morning, including dozens of insects and grasshoppers. There was some debris at bottom also. Spent 30 minutes every morning skimming it all off. Pool maintenance never showed on designated day. Bottom debris was still there when I left days later. Have stayed at other PS pool homes and never had that much pool debris and non-maintenance. Sink stoppers in both baths not working. Had to open them manually. Thermostat kept resetting to a much higher temperature. The shower in the master bath has a very steep and deep step in and sharp edged areas around the tile. No remote for the garage door.
Would not stay there again. Overpriced for what you get and don't get.
