Great Location!

As advertised….great property and very clean. 1 min walk to great beach…was skeptical on the ‘private’ beach…but indeed it was private. Location to amenities was outstanding (walk to Winn Dixie or take a nice bike ride on the trails around the property). Only upgrade would be the outdoor grill, which is quite ‘seasoned’. Wi-Fi strong and AC was amazing! 5 star stay overall…

Best Fall Break Ever

The house is as awesome if not more so than advertised! It said a short walk to the beach, and it wasn’t false advertising. It was less than a minute from the door to the beach. All the kids loved being able to run from the beach back to the house or being able to stay in the bunk beds and have “sleepovers”. Would 10/10 stay again and will look forward to doing so in the future if possible. Great location and the beach wasn’t extremely packed, it was very relaxing and a fantastic trip!

Super Location, Beautiful Property

House is located in a beautiful gulf-side community, you are literally a one minute walk to the beach. It's great to not have to drive to the beach - no loading up the car, etc and everyone can be on their own schedule. Property is very well kept with tons of room. My family had a fantastic week-long stay.

Great location. Main negative is the lack of parking spaces. Homeowner was very clear about parking so we were prepared to use the overflow. However, the overflow was closed due to flooding. I recommend only bringing one vehicle unless you want to play musical cars the entire time. MOST neighbors were nice about it. Homeowner was very attentive regarding a few other minor items.

Our Stay at 89 Shipwatch Lane

We had a great week ! The house was very nice, lots of comfortable seating-enough for a large family in the living and kitchen areas. Beds very comfortable too. VERY short & convenient walk to the beach. Very nice place to stay for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!

Our Family is from the East Coast and Midwest. We all currently reside on the West Coast

Why they chose this property

There are several reasons we chose this area and this community to be more specific. Safety and security was really a main focus for our family. The Shipwatch community is completely gated, very quiet and safe with no busy streets to cross for our kids. The location is so central to everything we needed, we wanted the ability to stay home and walk to eat, shop and relax on the sand.

What makes this property unique

The beach house is a Four bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom three level home. The living room is located on the first floor with a half bathroom. The second floor has 1 Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, Queen bedroom and Fourth bedroom containing a Queen, Full and double bunk. The queen bedroom and bunk bedroom share a bathroom between the two bedrooms. On the third level you'll find another Master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The Bungalow is a 1 Bed / 1 Bath unit, located on the 2nd and 3rd floor above the Garage which is not accessible to anyone (No noise)
