Our floor plan is a double-wide rectangular so your living room and bedroom are in front and both have sliding doors off the patio. The entire condo is light and bright!! You’ll feel the difference!! And check this out - every condo has its own individual AC and heating units – Very Important!! It looks like a model home! The bedroom has a new, super comfy pillow top king bed with fine quality linens, pillows and comforter. There’s a double dresser and an armoire for the TV plus a large walk-in closet

The bathroom has a double sink vanity, huge walk-in shower, plenty of new fluffy towels and a hairdryer. In the living room, you'll find high quality furniture including a sofa sleeper, an entertainment center with a CD player plus cable TV & VCR & DVD. Bring your favorite movies or watch a few classics that we keep at the condo for your use or rent them at several spots close by. Just in case you get tired of all that sunshine, there are books and plenty of games and books. Local phone service is available. For you Internet nuts – you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find unlimited high speed Internet access via an Ethernet connection or wireless – all included!! Bring your laptop and hook up!!

The condo has a big private patio with a table & chairs - perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and outdoor dining in the Arizona sunshine. No smoking inside but smoking is OK on the patio. There’s also a full size washer and dryer for your exclusive use. We’ve tried to think of everything you might need to cook a turkey dinner or make a margarita!! Just bring your food and drinks!! Also included: cordless telephone and voice mail, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, all utilities.
