Beautiful waterfront home on South Bass Island. This home has gorgeous views of Lake Erie, mainland and Kellys Island. You will have four bedrooms and two and a half baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, bar area, decks and screened in porch. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Large backyard with sea wall. Swim, kayak enjoy the water right from the backyard.

Great stay on a beautiful property

Karen was an excellent host, and the check-in/out process was smooth and flexible. The property accommodated a large group very well, with excellent amenities. The property was also beautiful, with an inviting lakefront view and easy access from the ferry.

Great for large groups

Property was as advertised. Loved the large ground floor area for entertainment of our large group. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch. Nice part of South Bass Island as its quiet and free of high traffic.

Trip to the bay

The house is on the water and is a great time with family. Be prepared that put in bay is rocky and doesn't offer much opportunity for swimming. The house has a huge living area and great outside areas to enjoy views of the lake.

Great house on the water!

We had an amazing time at this house! Truly built for entertaining! Lots of space but cozy and comfortable. The porch in the morning with coffee is a must! You will need to rent a golf cart or bring a car if you are planning on heading into town. I personally liked it being quite! The property manager was really nice and easy to work with! This house is a great place to stay at the bay!

Pine Haven Review

The property was as presented & perfect size for our group. The inside was lovely, and the lake views were spectacular. But the upstairs bathroom access for the double bedroom is odd. Also, the house could use a deep cleaning.Windows need washed (to see the view better) & screened porch swept around edges where LOTS of dead bugs & dust have accumulated. The lawn company mowed while we were there, but did nothing for the weeds & especially the front patio where the tall grasses & weeds almost obstruct the intricate brick work. Outside, the ladder to go down to the lake is in need of repair badly. It is not safe at all!

Weekend Stay

The house is lovely and very accommodating. However, we were disappointed that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was thick dust on all interior surfaces. We were met with large cobwebs when we opened any of the exterior doors. We had to knock them down with a broom. The deck furniture was filthy and covered with bird droppings. The landscaping was mowed but unkept and filled with weeds. I know it’s a rental, but we paid a significant premium to stay here. It was much more expensive than other options and I didn’t expect to have to spend time cleaning before we could enjoy the amenities. As I was sweeping cobwebs off the back porch screen, it came down. The repair cost was added to my credit card.
