The Primary Bedroom offers a comfortable King Size Bed, Private On-Suite and large “Walk-In” closet. The Guest Bedroom provides a charming Queen Size Bed while the other, 2 Single Beds. The Guest Bathroom is also accessible from Pool area and doubles as a Change Room.

The Living Room offers open concept living with Vaulted Ceiling that opens to the Patio (Lanai) and Pool area. The large Lanai area overlooks the Pool and Canal and provides for an attractive yet comfortable outdoor living space. This home also offers a spacious and fully equipped Kitchen which is easily accessed from all areas.

Flat Screen LED Televisions can be found in the Living Room, Primary and Guest Bedrooms. Phones are conveniently located throughout the home as well as having a Secure Wireless Internet Connection. The 2 car garage provides ample parking.
