Beautiful 3BR/2BA Townhome on the Mountain: Bus Route & Wifi

This beautiful 3Br//2Ba condo sleeps up to 6 and is located on the mountain at Quail Run. The Qual Run units are clustered around a private cul-de-sac, making this lodging option much more like a private residence than a vacation rental.
Our townhome is very open and bright with nice views of the mountain from the upper balcony.This unit is very spacious and approximately 1500 sq. ft. It very nicely appointed with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a gas fireplace trimmed out in lodge pole pine. The upstairs living/entertainment space is completely separate from the bedrooms. It is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, dining area, three flat screen televisions, DVD player, washer and dryer and all necessary linens. The master bedroom, with its connecting master bath, has a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed with a double and twin on top. The unit also has a one-car heated garage, and plenty of storage space for skis. Located adjacent to the free shuttle, it is a short bus ride to the base of the mountain and The Silver Bullet Gondola.

This unit is not a time-share and has been lovingly cared for and maintained. Quail Run is very quiet, as greater than 85% of the units are owner occupied year round. This unit is only one of three located in the building.

Steamboat Springs is known for fantastic skiing, hot mineral springs, and a lively Western atmosphere. Shopping, dining, and nightlife are year-round attractions. Winter offers snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and a mountain with more than 100 downhill trails and 20 lifts. Summer offers white-water rafting, championship golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Keith Foster, and more than a million acres of wilderness in Routt National Forest for hiking, horseback riding, biking, and fishing. Sailing, windsurfing, and water skiing are available at nearby Stagecoach Reservoir.

This is a super spacious condo close to the free bus route which can get you pretty much anywhere. It had everything we needed and was nice and quiet.

Wow easily a top stay for me as a long time traveler! It was our groups first time in steamboat and we absolutely loved our time there. Eric was an amazing host and gave us incredible food and pub recommendations. The skiing was phenomenal and having a hot tub at the house was the best way to end the day. We came to Steamboat with our kids and Mother-in-law. This listing was perfect for us with comfortable beds, close proximity to groceries, playgrounds, a hot tub, and shuttle service. We stayed at this condo with another family for a ski weekend. Great layout for 2 families, well appointed kitchen, overall wonderful place. It would be nice if you could walk to the slopes but it is very easy to catch the free bus from the condo and get to the mountain in 8-10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Good location and plenty of space

Location was good and near the slopes with plenty of space for four of us. If you are looking for an extravagant mountain retreat, this is not it but if you're looking for a space to put your head between runs that has a well stocked kitchen, this is a great place. In addition to hitting the slopes, it was also convenient to snow tubing, dog sledding, ice fishing, downtown shopping, and ice skating at Skeeters for our week in town.

Convenient and clean

Eric was very responsive and made sure everything went well with our check-in. The location was super convenient near the green line bus route. Notes at the condo were great for knowing what bus to take, where the hot tub was, grocery store, restraints, etc. A few of the pans were a bit sticky and tough to cook with but not a deal breaker. Everything was clean and as advertised, would stay again.

Relaxing in Steamboat The property was located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom was lovely. The owner, Eric, was very accommodating to our needs. The property had a children’s playground which we used a lot for our 17 month old grandson.
