Sea Side condo with waterfront Sunset Views. Walkable to everything!
This special ground floor unit sits right on the water. Walk out your sliding glass door and enjoy the sunset and watch the dolphins and boats go by. Conveniently located near the outdoor gas grills and tables, the condo unit will live like a waterfront house with all the amenities including a waterfront community pool, billiards room and fitness center. This one of a kind unit is located in the heart of the South Beach of Clearwater Beach and is just steps away from the powder sands. No need for a car as there are plenty of restaurants and shops just out the door. Calendar monthly bookings preferred.
FYI There is community wide construction going on and may add inconvenience and noise occasionally. The reduce price reflects the compensation due to ongoing updates. This unit's balconies are complete however construction on others are ongoing along with the updating of some of the common areas during week days only. During the week the edge hotel has allowed us to use their rooftop pool if noise is a nuisance.

Awesome location
Awesome location of the condo. It needs updates as a lot of things need work. Ice maker doesn’t work. The dish washer slants down, lights in kitchen work off and on, could use new mattresses. Bathrooms are very nice and newly remodeled. I would still recommend this unit as it has a breathtaking view and the amenities are AMAZING!
