Spectacular family home located in the private neighborhood of Hamilton Creek. Enjoy the views of the mountains and woods from nearly every window of this multiple level home. The home features plenty of parking for your vehicles as well as a private garage. The inside of the home features stunning and unique craftsmanship with oak floors, pine log beams, and custom windows throughout each level.

Bring your furry friends. This property is pet friendly with and additional fee of $100 per dog. Max of two dogs.

The first level has a theater style living room, with a full bar and small dining table. Off the theater room there are 2 bedrooms and a Shower bath. One has 2 Twin Bunk beds, one with a Full bottom bed. The other bedroom has a Queen bed.

The second level features a large living room with soaring ceilings surrounded by windows along with a dining table that seats 8, an open concept kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 5 and a private balcony with a grill. The kitchen features granite countertops, new appliances and is fully equipped for home cooked meals. The second level also features a massive master bedroom featuring 1 Queen Bed, a window nook, large closet, and expansive bathroom that has a stand up shower as well as jacuzzi tub. A laundry room with washer and dryer along with a half bath are on the second level.

The third level is also home to a sitting area with a sleeper couch as well as another master bedroom with 1 Queen Bed along with a large bath with 2 separate vanity areas and a jacuzzi tub/shower.


This beautiful custom built home is the perfect spot for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury while still having the mountain mindset. The home sits in a quiet and private residential neighborhood bordering the White River National Forest with an impeccable view of the Gore Mountain Range. It is centrally located to 6 ski areas 20 minutes to 30 minutes away (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail) for both skiing or summer activities and festivals.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was even better than it looked in the photos. Tons of room for everyone to spread out when needed. Staying in Silverthorne is great as well for access to hit up different ski areas. Thoroughly enjoyed the property!

Excellent stay

Had a skiing retreat with family and the property was great (with absolutely stellar views). Clean, gorgeous house and most everything was as advertised (no hot tub and music system in main room did not work). Highly recommended.
