First Floor Description

Upside down home with 2 first floor master suites. First master suite has French doors to large deck, granite & marble bath with double vanity & shower. Adjacent master study with queen sleep sofa. Second master suite has cathedral ceilings & granite & marble bath with airjet jacuzzi tub, shower & double vanity. Laundry room.

Second Floor Description

A huge cathedral ceiling great room with contemporary kitchen and separate wet bar. Appliances are all Viking & Sub-Zero. Exterior deck with water views and gas grill. Half bath. Lower level has an exercise room with a trundle bed, full bath with steam shower. Media room on lower level has a wet bar with HDTV. Outside shower.
