First Floor:
Front to back Living room with fireplace and doors that lead out to lovely back yard and patio. Open dining room and gourmet kitchen area. Queen bedroom with access off kitchen and separate stairway.

Second Floor:
Master King bedroom with gorgeous marble bath and beautiful water view. Queen bedroom with marble flooring, granite vanity and full glass inset shower. Twin bedrooms with en suite bath with marble tile floors and marble vanity. Access to second floor deck with great water views.

Lower Level:
Bunk room, full bath, finished play area and laundry room.
