This was our first time at Captiva Island and we had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable for our family with bathrooms attached to 4 out of the 5 bedrooms, a screened-in pool to keep the bugs and critters out, and TV’s in nearly every room. The garage is stocked with beach gear and toys which was helpful since we flew in from out of state. There is some construction happening around us and on the island but it didn’t disturb us. Things are still rebounding after Hurricane Ian and it’s inspiring to see businesses finally reopening. From the house, it’s less than .25 miles to the beach, and grocery markets, stores, and restaurants are within walking distance.

We received excellent communication from Darin. He was attentive to all of my messages immediately. The home was in excellent shape and suited our needs perfectly. It was nice to stay in someone's home that I felt had more money than I did!
