This was a cute apartment in a nice neighborhood. About a half a mile walk to the beach. The bunk beds worked well for the kids but the queen bed frame and mattress need to be replaced.

My family of 4 stayed at Nellie’s place for four nights, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The pictures accurately reflected the home, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved having a washer and dryer, coffee maker, and toaster oven, those little extras really made a difference. Nellie also graciously provided a few items that aren’t typically included, which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. The location was centrally located near the beach and several great local dining spots. Our 7 & 5 year old could easily bike to Duffers and Britton’s Bakery, and we were able to walk to El Alebrije and the beach. We also loved the little conveniences, like having several hoses available to rinse off after the beach. The pool was always quiet and enjoyable in the afternoons, and the neighborhood itself was incredibly peaceful, even during peak vacation season. Nellie was very easy to get in contact with and we would stay with her again.

We had an amazing week! Very cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pool was wonderful, having access to the carts made our trip to the beach easier as well!We highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place

This place was perfect for our family trip to the shore. Boys loved the pool & we could walk to many restaurants & other places. Since parking was easy to find it allowed me to drive the car closer to the boardwalk every day. Highly recommend and we will likely stay here again!

The best vacation we ever had. Apartment was beautiful. Spotless clean and had everything you would need. Nellie was amazing going over the board with getting us linen and towels as we travelled from England so we are very greatful to her. It was just perfect. We will be back.

Great property with lovely views.

The property is exactly as listed. Clean and tidy with nice new living room furniture. Spend time on the porch and enjoy sunsets and fireworks. The pool is perfect and a nice feature. Would recommend highly.

Great spot!

Check in was very easy and Nellie was a great host. This was a wonderful place for our family if 5 (three teenagers). It was close to restaurants and ice cream. Great partial view of the bay especially during sunsets. It was a 10 min walk to the beach but we drove and found parking immediately. Perfect view of Friday night fireworks, clean and refreshing pool. Will definitely stay again.

We are a couple with young adult children. We love the beach, enjoyed spending time at the condo when the kids were younger. We still use it a lot in the off season, and open it up for guests during the summer.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is newer and decorated with a modern flair, and very clean. Makes you feel at home right as you walk in the door. It a nice good size pool and a large porch to relax on and look out onto Sunset Lake.
