Spend an afternoon strolling through the Canal Walk, then catch a Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium. This home has a private yard, cozy fire pit, and convenient location

I am able available for questions during reasonable hours and I have a team that available in person should any major issues arise.

Sweet Indy Gem

This listing was awesome. The place was clean, bright, and met all of our needs. Appreciated the proximity to downtown. Neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, with a lot of construction at the moment. That didn't stop us though.

Why they chose this property

I own this property with my best friend. Its our first attempt at an out of state rental. I love Indianapolis and am proud to own a property there. We designed and furnished the space ourselves and we hope you enjoy it.
