The home was large and comfy. The home was beautifully arranged and decorated. Location was easy to downtown events and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again

Attending a conference

The house is beautifully appointed and was even decorated for Xmas. The owner was responsive with minor things. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that it was bitter cold when we stayed and the heating only has one zone, the first floor was extremely cold and the third floor was way too hot. The owner was aware and indicated they are working on it.

We booked the stay for a marching band competition. This was perfect distance from Lucas Oil, less that 10 min. Close to restaurants, shops. Area seemed a little sketchy, but it was actually great. It was a pretty quiet place. We felt safe, the house has a security system. Great stay!
