Entering the home you will find a bedroom with a Queen size bed, down the hall you will find two additional bedrooms the first to the left with a Queen size bed and a Twin over Full bunk with a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom on the lower level has a Queen and a Twin bed.  There is a 3/4 bath with linen storage in the hall.

Head upstairs where you will find an open concept seating area with seating for four. Enjoy the natural light with the homes cathedral style picture windows. The living room area features a wood burning fireplace and flatscreen TV. Ample seating is provided on the oversized leather sofas. The dining room has enough seating for 6. Entertain your favorite chef in the newly remodeled gourmet kitchen. Split log details and stone backsplash surround the kitchen area. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combo. The home offers a laundry room area with a full size washer and dryer and outdoor access. Step out onto the homes wrap around deck to enjoy the 8 person hot tub. Patio seating for six where you can enjoy nature at it's finest. This home backs to the National Forest!

If you like a little competition, just off of the kitchen area is the homes game room. Complete with a pool table, dart board flatscreen TV, cozy seating area, patio access, and a wood burning stove.  There is also a 3/4 bath that is shared with the Master bedroom.

Down the hall you will find three additional bedrooms. The first room has a Queen and a Twin. The second has a King and the Master bedroom has a King size bed, flatscreen TV and shared 3/4 bath. There is an additional full bath in the hall.

This Big Bear Cabin is simple, tasteful and  elegant mountain decor and newly upgraded flooring, tile work and furnishings provide for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
