The front door opens up to the game room equipped with a Full-Sized Billiard Table, Ping Pong Table, Mini Fridge and 2 Flat Screen TVs. Upstairs you will find the living room and a large kitchen with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, double oven (perfect for cooking large meals), island with barstool seating for 3, and a large dining table that seats 10. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with a huge sectional wraparound couch w/ottoman, gas fireplace, a Flat Screen TV and a dry bar with 3 barstools. The space feels massive with the high vaulted ceilings and large picture windows that allow a plentiful amount of natural light in.
Step out onto the wraparound balcony to enjoy the beautiful lake view while relaxing in the outdoor spa or cooking on the charcoal grill.
Located above the western gateway to The Village, in an exclusive neighborhood known as Ironwood Estates. Walk to the Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining or a leisurely stroll. Short drive to Big Bear Lake, Snow Summit, and Bear Mountain. Whether its fishing, mountain biking, hiking or just enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery this time of year, you’re sure to enjoy your stay at this luxurious home with spectacular views!

No loud parties after 10 pm Check-In requires confirmation of photo I.D. and signature of rental agreement. We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.

Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
