Luxury Beach House w/ Game Room and Backyard Oasis

Soak up the sun while making some great memories with friends and relatives at this brand new, family friendly house.
This luxury beach house is located less than a mile drive to the beach (0.6 miles), or approximately a 6 block leisurely walk or bike ride.
Our house has been furnished with guest experience and enjoyment in mind.


Perfect space for families and small groups. New construction home with open floor plan. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus bonus/game room.

DOWNSTAIRS

Open floor plan. Kitchen, open dining room, living room, Gameroom, and half bath

KITCHEN
— Fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner with all the appliances, cookware and utensils that you could need for great dining experiences.

DINING
—Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that includes a full-size dining table which seats six adults. Also, there is an additional 4 seats at the large, sleek kitchen island. Don't feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.

LIVING ROOM
— two sofa and two loveseats. Mounted 75-inch smart TV

BATHROOM
—downstairs half bathroom

GAME ROOM
—4 video arcade games, family games, Sleeper sofa, 65- inch smart TV, high top table and 6 bar stools

CLOSET
Beach gear is also provided- beach chairs, blanket, rolling cooler and towels.

OUTSIDE

BACK PORCH
-- Slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that steps out onto the covered lanai and leads to the backyard.
—Lanai consists of two rocking chairs and table.

BACKYARD
—Backyard firepit and 6 outdoor Adirondack lounge chairs

MASTER BEDROOM (bedroom 1)
—king size memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with his/hers vanity. Mounted smart TV 50 inches.

—Private bathroom attached to master. with soaker tub and oversized shower.

—King size bed and memory foam mattress, 50" TV & Ceiling fan

BEDROOM 3
—King size bed and memory foam mattress, TV & Ceiling fan

Two twin beds, smart TV, and ceiling fan

BATHROOM
—full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Located conveniently by bedrooms 2, 3, and 4


High speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with Hulu service and Netflix and Amazon Prime access is provided with every TV.


Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, bowls, plates, cups, silverware, salt/pepper, olive oil and two rolls of paper towels, dish detergent, dish washer pods, sponge. Filtered water and ice from refrigerator. Keurig Coffee machine, k-cups, creamer and sugar.

Laundry Room is equipped with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Also, starter laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Life size checkers and Jenga and outdoor Cornhole.

Looking for the a perfect getaway next to Jax Beach!

The vacation home was lovely and the perfect size to host my friends baby shower upon request! The house was clean and check in was easy as well as check out. This is a nice location next to Jax Beach and it was everything you could want and more when staying in a vacation home. The game room was out of this world as well as the beautiful backyard. I would recommend staying in this vacation home to anyone! :)

Family gathering

This property was amazing! It was perfect for what my family needed. We needed a place that was big enough to comfortably sleep our party of 7 and allow us to have space to have a family lunch party to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday. There was plenty of room and the game room was a great addition as the kids and adults loved it. The house was beautiful and very clean. We will definitely stay again for our next family gathering.

House was as beautiful as the photos and description indicated! Decor is chic and stylish. Kitchen is well appointed with wonderful flow. Host provided thoughtful touches such as amenities in the bathroom and water in the fridge. Beds we’re comfortable and there was plenty of room for our 7 adults. Jacksonville Beach Property

Overall a pretty decent house. The door code we were provided was incorrect so that was a little annoying, the owner fixed the problem in about 10 or 15 minutes. We were staying here to attend the Players tourney. This was conveniently located to get to Sawgrass. The neighborhood was ok, not sure I would have gone walking around at night. But I think that's more reflective of Jacksonville Beach rather than this neighborhood in particular. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean. Plenty of bathroom linens and soap/shampoo. The main downside and the reason for only 4 stars is that the beds were all pretty uncomfortable with very thin and soft/saggy mattresses.
