Across the street from the beach and 5 blocks to downtown shops and restaurants, this house is perfect for anyone coming to enjoy the sunshine and waves in Jacksonville Beach. The house is equipped with everything from towels to bowls. There are four bedrooms, 3 of which have queen beds and 1 of which has 2 bunk beds for the kids. The open design kitchen - living room is great for watching the game, or just hanging around on a lazy summer day. The log cabin interior dates to the 1920's but the bathrooms and kitchen have all been updated in 2017.
There are three parking spaces on 6th Ave. South in front of the house, but there is lots of parking on 7th Ave. and across the street at the beach

Perfect getaway for our annual GA/FLA weekend!

We loved this sweet little beach house for our annual GA/FLA weekend! With three different couples and several other friends, we had plenty of space for fun and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and there were plenty of extra blankets for snuggling on the BEST couch. The location could not have been more perfect, and we are already looking forward to coming back!

Great location!!

You couldn’t ask for a better location than this! Just across the street to the beach. The house was great and the owners are wonderful! Unfortunately, my husband and I had to leave early but our son and his family stayed the rest of the week. They loved it. A lot of good restaurants and a grocery close by. The beach was never very crowded. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available at the house. The owner checked in to make sure everything was going well and had left some beautiful flowers to welcome us. The couch in the living room was so comfy. I think all 8 of us could fit on it. Would definitely stay there again.

My first visit to Florida and planning a trip of this magnitude- I must say I nailed it with this rental! It was amazing! Perfect location- we traveled with 8 teenagers and it was within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were amazingly comfortable! The kitchen was spacious and allowed us all to eat comfortably. The TV even has ROKU! I would definitely rent this beach house again in a heartbeat. We all miss it already! Mary called several times to check on us and make sure everything was okay. Great hostesses, very easy to communicate with. I just can’t say enough about this beach house!

SORRY to say but it does need a some " TLC ".....DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE....A LOG CABIN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR( even though the yellow siding covered most of the outside)...WOW.....DIFFERENT.....needs some shade for this time of year....hot,blazing sun isn't fun to sit in or play in....didn't want grandkids outside to long... brought a canopy for shade...a lot of traffic on the street(1st street) facing the ocean ( of course it was 4th JULY week).... GREAT LOCATION....everyone was ecstatic about that.... OVERALL GOOD STAY

Location, location, location!

As they say in real estate, this was a prime location with ample parking and cozy comforts. Right across from the beach such that you could walk barefoot across the street and steps from the beach. The house had a walkaround porch where guests could sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The cozy couch is ample sleeping for 2 or 3 and there is plenty of seating everywhere. The bedrooms go on and on down the hallway with 3 bathrooms. There is a bbq grill out back with a picnik table. Everything we needed was present and stores and shopping are within biking distance. Hospitality is at its greatest on this gem! We all had a great time!

Fantastic place

I rented this location to be near where my daughter was getting married. It was a perfect place. it is very clean and love the decor. The back patio was nice to sit outside and chat while enjoying a drink. The manager was extremely quick on communicating with me when I had any questions. It is so close to the beach and they ended up getting married just across the street on the beach. Thank you Mary!
